Workshops:

The Unspoken Word Workshops

A safe space to explore.
A supportive space to express.
A space to be heard.

Starting October

The Unspoken Word Workshops are a gentle six-week journey designed for women who want to reconnect with their voice through writing, reflection and creativity.

Whether you've always wanted to write or have never written a word before, these workshops offer a welcoming, supportive environment where your experiences, thoughts and stories matter.

No writing experience is necessary.

About the Workshops

Through guided writing exercises, journaling, creative prompts and optional sharing, you'll explore the words you've held inside for too long.

There is no pressure to perform or share your work. This is your space to write, reflect and discover your own voice at your own pace.

Facilitated by Daisy Green, an experienced Creative Practitioner, poet and founder of Llangollen Spoken Word, these sessions combine creativity with wellbeing in a warm and encouraging environment.
